Hunza Valley is one of the most popular destinations in Pakistan among tourists, photographers and painters, Eternal snowy lush green orchards, silent streams, rapid rivers and the emerald green meadows are some of the charms which have made Hunza famous among tourists from all over the world. The entire valley is dominated by the famous Rakaposhi peak (7788 meters) which glitters like a diamond against the blue sky. This is a land of peace, tranquility, fruits and legendary tales. The Hunza River, fed by glaciers and mountain streams sustains rich orchards of apricots, apples, plums, cherries, peaches and grapes. The people of Hunza are noted for their longevity. They attribute this to their diet, the main ingredients of which are fruits, especially apricots, vegetable. Karimabad the capital of Hunza, offers an awe-inspiring view of Rakaposhi. the snows of Rakaposhi glitter in the moonlight producing an atmosphere at once ethereal and sublime. The fairy tale like castle of Baltit is a Hunza landmark built about 700 years ago, originally it was used as the residence of the Mirs or rulers of Hunza.
Day-1: Departure from Lahore to Abbottabad (1,220 meter)-gateway to the captivating North of Pakistan. Short stay en-route. Visit Taxila Museum. Arrival and transfer to hotel. In the evening, sightseeing of Abbottabad. OIN at Abbottabad. (Travel Time: 7-hours)
Day-2: Departure for Chilas. The main attraction of Chilas is the incredible collection of Rock Art which depicts early history of the region. Short stay en-route for lunch. OIN at Chilas. (Travel time: 9-hours)
Day-3: Departure for Karimabad, the most popular spot in Hunza Valley. Karimabad is a delightful village set in a wonderful location. On the way to Hunza, have a panoramic view of snow-capped peak, Rakaposhi (7,788 m). Afternoon, visit the dominating Baltit Fort, 900-year-old summer residence of Mir of Hunza. Evening free for individual activities. OIN at Karimabad, Hunza.
Day-4: Departure for the enchanting Hoper Valley/glacier. Enjoy the natural and fascinating beauty of the valley. Visit of Altit Fort, Hunza. Evening free for shopping. Overnight at Karimabad, Hunza. (Travel Time: 7-hours)
Dav-5: Departure for Gulmit (Upper Hunza Valley). En-route visit tourist rocks, ancient rock inscription. Arrival Gulmit village and transfer to hotel. (Gulmit is famous for its beautiful views of Passu Cathedral Peaks, Batura Glacier, Passu Glacier,Bhorat Lake). Half day excursion to Khunjerab Pass (16,200ft). OIN at Gulmit.
Day-6: Departure for Gilgit along with Indus River. The town has spectacular scenic beauty. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Evening free for shopping or individual activities. O/N at Gilgit. (Travel Time: 4-hours)
Dav-7: Departure for Besham (Gateway to K.K.H). Sightseeing en-route. O/N at Besham. (Travel Time: 8-hours)
Day-8: Departure for Lahore. Short stays at Abbottabad and historical village Bhera (famous for Kino Gardens). (Travel Time: 11-hours)
Day 01: pickup from Islamabad airport and transfer to hotel. overnight Islamabad
Day 02: We will depart from Islamabad for Naran. Passing through Hassan Abdal, Haripur and Abbottabad we will reach Mansehra. After a brief stop for lunch in Mansehra, we will resume our drive and reach Balakot, the gateway to Kaghan Valley. Continuing our drive, we will reach Naran and check in to hotel for night stay.
Day 03: Today, we will make a visit to the legendary lake, Saif-ul-Muluk at 3200m where Malika Parbat (5271m), the highest peak of the valley, towers over the lake and offers great venues for superb photography. Lake can be approached by jeeps, on foot or riding a pony. After a packed picnic lunch at lake, we will return to Naran. In afternoon, we will do the thrilling activity of Rafting in River Kunhar.
Day 04: After breakfast we will move upwards along River Kunhar passing through Batakundi, Jalkhad and Burwai, we will reach Lulusar Lake, famous for its sparkling waters. After a brief stop for photography, we will resume our drive upwards and passing through the summer settlement of Gitidas, we will reach Babusar Top. At 4173 meters, Babusar Top is the gateway to Gilgit Baltistan. After spending some time at the top, and drive to Gilgit on the way sightseeing at Nanga Parbat View Point and confluence of 3 mountain ranges (Karakorum, Himalaya and Hindukush) including the confluence of Gilgit River into the Indus. From here we reach Gilgit. there for night.
Day 05: Morning we will visit gilgit city We shall continue following Hunza River. We will have lunch stopover at Rakaposhi viewpoint and then will move on to reach Karimabad, the capital of Hunza valley. We will check in to hotel in Karimabad and stay there for night.
Day 06: Morning Drive to hoper glacier, Ultar, Hunza Dome, Bublimating, Spantik and Diran are famous peaks surrounds us at Karimabad, while Rakaposhi towards Hunza valley following Hunza River. We will have stopover at Rakaposhi viewpoint and then will move on to reach Karimabad, the capital of Hunza valley. We will check in to hotel in Karimabad and stay at 7788m dominates the whole panorama. At Karimabad, we will visit Baltit Fort Museum and Altit Fort and in the afternoon drive to Gilgit and make brief trip to the bazaar on arrival. Night stay Hunza Karimabad.
Day 07: Today we will make an excursion to the Sino-Pak border at Khunjerab, crossing the villages of Gulmit, Passu and Sost en route. Khunjerab is the highest point on KKH at 4734 meters and considered as the highest trade route in the world. In the evening we will return to Karimabad and stay there for night.
Day 08: Early morning drive to Naran. overnight Naran
Day 09: We will leave early morning and enjoy the drive along River Kunhar and crossing the village of Kaghan, we will drive to Kawai and further on to Shogran, a high plateau with superb panorama around. On arrival we will transfer to hotel and in afternoon, we will make an excursion to Paya, a vast plateau at the foot of Makra Peak, bordering Kaghan with Azad Kashmir. After enjoying a superb panorama around, we will return to Shogran.
Day 10: we will drive down the road and passing through Balakot, Mansehra and Abbottabad, we will reach Haripur and take the road to Khanpur Lake, a picturesque lake offering panoramic views and various water sports. After a lunch break at Khanpur, we will depart for Islamabad and city tour Islamabd, transfer to airport.
